Golf

North-Trøndelag's most attractive golf course is located in the idyllic Trones in Verdal, facing the Trondheimsfjorden, approximately 11 km from the campground. The course is southwest facing, adapted to the cultural landscape and the numerous ancient monuments in the area. The 18-hole course is approved by the Norwegian Golf Federation and operated by Stiklestad Golf Club.

Trones Golf Course is open from April to December.
